A relaxed five-course tasting that spotlights Hokkaido’s essentials—clean broths, bright seafood, winter vegetables, and a comforting rice or noodle finish—paired with a light dessert. It’s the easiest way to experience our private dining Niseko service on a weeknight or first visit. Vegetarian/Vegan versions are available, and kids portions can be arranged. Optional upgrades include A5 Wagyu or premium uni/crab when in season.
