Among the world’s cuisines, Japanese food carries a deep, living tradition—seasonality, precision, and hospitality. Our private chef Niseko team brings that tradition to your chalet or hotel: thoughtful pacing, meticulous presentation, and ingredients that speak for themselves—A5 Wagyu from across Japan and seafood from Hokkaido’s cold seas.

We are an independent collective of head-chef–level Japanese talents trained in Tokyo, Osaka, Singapore, and beyond. For the 2025–2026 winter, a seven-chef, all-Japanese team is in Niseko, ready to tailor menus to every guest.

— Wagyu & Hokkaido Seafood —
We obsess over A5 Wagyu—fat sweetness, refined aroma, and tenderness—paired with Hokkaido seafood (uni, crab, scallops). Techniques are tuned to each cut and catch to highlight natural flavor.

We practice strict cold-hot chain control, separate prep when feasible for allergies, and restore kitchens to original condition. Please share dietary notes early so we can plan precisely.
